OnTime Express offers a variety of delivery services to fit your company’s needs.  Whether your shipment needs to be delivered by the end of the same business day or in just a couple of hours, we have the resources to get the job done.  In addition, we also offer a 2-Person White Glove Delivery service for those shipments that need extra special care and attention.

yellow  SAME-DAY SERVICE
Our Same-Day Service provides you with an economical way of sending shipments. All shipments are guaranteed to be delivered by 5 pm the same day.  

In order to guarantee delivery by 5 pm, shipments must be ready for pickup by cutoff time. See cutoff times below. For shipments ready after cutoff times, Hot-Shot rates will apply in order to guarantee delivery the same day.

  NEXT-DAY SERVICE
Our Next-Day Service provides you with another economical way of sending shipments. All shipments are guaranteed to be delivered by 2 pm the next day.

Shipments scheduled for Next-Day Service will either be picked up the day before or morning of scheduled delivery.  Rates for Next-Day Service are identical to Same-Day Service.


 HOT-SHOT SERVICE
Our Hot-Shot Service provides you with the absolute fastest way possible of sending shipments. Shipments will be picked up and delivered immediately.  Although this is the fastest way to send shipments, it is also the most costly way.

For areas located outside of our local delivery area, we offer a Hot-Shot Service only.

Guaranteed delivery times vary, but most shipments are picked up and delivered within 60 minutes in Salt Lake County and within 2 hours to most other locations within our local delivery area.  Check out map to see locations within our local delivery area. Our local delivery area is generally within a 60 mile radius of Salt Lake City.

yellow  2-PERSON WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE
Our 2-Person White Glove Service provides you with a way to have those delicate items shipped, such as furniture or larger objects that can’t be handled by one person alone.  Call for a price quote.


yellow  CUTOFF TIMES FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY
All shipments originating from Salt Lake County for delivery to areas outside Salt Lake County must be ready for pickup by no later than 11 AM or Hot-Shot rates will apply.

All shipments originating from Salt Lake County for delivery to areas within Salt Lake County must be ready for pickup by no later than 1 PM or Hot-Shot rates will apply.

For shipments originating from outside Salt Lake County, call for a rate quote.
